Today, HOMEE operates in 46 states and partners with some of the largest insurance companies in the U.S., playing a critical role in the insurance claims and property restoration process. Doug and HOMEE are backed by more than $75 million in investment from leading insurance companies such as W.R. Berkley Corporation, Liberty Mutual, State Farm, The Hartford, and Desjardins.

Before founding HOMEE, Doug Schaedler served as President & CEO of inno360, Inc., a SaaS company used by Fortune 50 companies to drive innovation, developed in collaboration with Procter & Gamble (P&G), the US Air Force (USAF) and General Mills. Prior to inno360, he was CEO of Innovaro, Inc., a global SaaS provider to the Fortune 500, where he helped lead the company’s IPO in the U.K.

Doug holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
