Setting the Stage for Further Growth

Tampa, FL — February 3, 2026 — HOMEE, the leading AI-Driven Managed Repair Network for the property insurance industry today announced record 2025 performance. Driving the strong performance was record year-over-year growth in carriers adopting the platform which drove increased claim volumes, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Doug Schaedler the CEO of HOMEE stated, “I am pleased with the strong growth we experienced in 2025; it is important to note this expansion occurred against the backdrop of a slower claims market. We continue to increase our market share as we deliver exceptional results for carriers, adjusters and policyholders across our national footprint.”

The Company experienced year-over-year quarterly revenue growth of more than 50%. HOMEE doubled the number of carriers it provides managed repair services for during 2025 and delivered an aggregated customer satisfaction (NPS) score of 74, ending the year with an 89 NPS for the fourth quarter.

HOMEE continued to deploy its industry-leading AI software in all client engagements, driving speed and efficiency around the claims repair process. The software significantly compresses the time for repairs to be completed while utilizing data to continually drive high-quality policyholder experience throughout the timeline of a claim.

To support rising claim volumes and expanding carrier demand, the HOMEE National Service Pro network increased its size by 60% during 2025, strengthening coverage across key markets nationwide. Additionally, the network completed training within the Company’s proprietary learning center, HOMEE University.

As part of this expansion, HOMEE further enhanced its national Service Pro network through strategic partnerships with ATI, BELFOR, and 911 Restoration. These partnerships extend HOMEE’s reach into new and previously underserved zip codes while adding depth and scale in existing markets. The strategic partnerships also meaningfully strengthen HOMEE’s commercial and large-loss capabilities, ensuring carriers and policyholders have access to experienced, high-capacity resources for complex and high-severity claims across the country.

“Our results show what happens when AI-driven software, disciplined operations, and a carrier-first mindset come together,” Schaedler added. “As claims volume returns to the market, HOMEE is uniquely positioned to capture outsized growth while delivering faster cycle times, and better experiences across the entire claim process.”
