Homee is an on-demand property maintenance service that provides customers with instant access to electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and handymen from the convenience of their smart phones. The Homee app allows users to find GPS-located service providers and request immediate service.
The right person for this role will have experience managing a marketing budget, establishing ROI metrics on marketing programs, directing agencies and leading brand and advertising programs across all types of media. The Brand Marketing Manager should be comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment and not be intimidated when stretching their abilities in areas outside their skill set.
This person must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). We are seeking to hire a Vendor Recruitment Specialist to our growing team. The main responsibilities for the Vendor Recruitment Specialist position includes recruiting and onboarding contractors, or what we call Home Experts aka “HOMEEs,” into our growing network of service providers, mainly in the specialties of plumbing, electrical, handyman, and HVAC. This position will be based in the company’s Tampa headquarters and require travel 40% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and call plumbers, electricians, general handyman and HVAC techs to introduce Homee and the benefits of joining our network
- Assess the skill level and work ethic of each contractor to determine fit
- Describe the Homee app, how it works, and the steps required to become part of the Homee network
- Review our standards of conduct, rating system and pricing to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction
- Train new Homees on how to use the app and shadow their success on their first job
- Deliver top customer service and represent the Homee brand to build relationships with existing customers and vendors

The main responsibilities for the Property Maintenance Coordinator position includes overseeing home repair jobs/projects performed by vendors in the Homee network to ensure jobs are completed in a timely and quality fashion. It also includes creating local awareness and building strong, lasting relationships with our skilled service tradesman and local property managers.

- Effectively communicate with property managers/asset manager and address questions or concerns related to the completion of jobs
- Provide technical support for vendors on the Homee app and be a point of contact for questions or issues that arise
