HOMEE Ranked by Forbes as the #1 Startup Employer in the State of Florida
InsurTech-led managed repair network tops Florida startup employers for 2021
TAMPA, FL (March 10, 2021)- HOMEE, a leading technology platform to the insurance industry, was ranked by Forbes as the #1 startup employer in the state of Florida. This marks the second year in a row HOMEE received the #1 honor in Florida. HOMEE also ranked #88 in the U.S. out of 500 companies selected.
Aguie Erezcano, Director of Vendor Success attributes the distinction to a culture of inclusion and open dialogue. "HOMEE is more like a family than a group of employees. We look out for each other and jump in to help any way we can,” said the company’s first employee. “I always know that no matter how difficult the business challenge may be, HOMEE will always be there to support me.”
To determine the list, Forbes engaged Statista to identify 2,500 up-and-coming American businesses founded between 2011 and 2018 who employ at least 50 people. The final 500 employers ranked top for employer reputations, employee satisfaction and growth.
