  • When adding a property, the photo and name would disappear. This was also happening to photos and videos when users re-requested a job. Everything is now in its rightful place.
  • During onboarding, your email will now remain filled in after you enter it.
  • Users can now approve extensions for diagnostic jobs.

Fixes

  • Users were receiving a message telling them they needed to update their app, but when they went to update, no update was available. That’s pretty frustrating. We fixed this issue, so now when you’re told an update is needed, one will be available.
  • When adding a new property to your profile, you’ll now be able to edit the year built for pre-populated locations.

  • We redesigned the job ordering experience and the way you add order numbers/install codes to jobs. 
  • A fun new animation has been added to the job request screen to entertain you while you wait for a Pro to pick up your job.

Improvements

  • When reviewing a receipt from a Pro, you could add a tip or promo code before and after you approved the receipt...which is not optimal. Now, you can add a tip or promo code before you confirm the total so that your full job total is in one location. 

Fixes

  • Attention residents, this one's for you. Once you have been approved by your property manager to be added to a property, you can now add your unit number, submit, then continue to the Home screen.
